Daily Diary

Overnight rain cleared leaving a damp but fine start to the day. Dry and very mild with sunny spells - some showers around during the afternoon but managed to miss the Roost. Light and variable wind associated with a flat ridge of high pressure which declined ahead to the next frontal system arriving from the SW overnight. Mist and fog developed quite widely within the ridge axis before it did so.
