Daily Diary

Another cold but settled day, with ridging from Greenland still exerting an influence. Largely clear overnight, with a sharp frost, more cloud around during the daylight hours which melted away again by evening to give another very cold night, and temperatures falling as low as has been recorded here since Dec 2020. Some snow showers arrived overnight, giving a slight covering by day break the following day. Light N to NW'ly winds.
