Strong ridge of high pressure to the N brought a moderate E'ly wind, with plenty of sunshine, hazy at times with areas of high cloud drifting through. Warm in the sun, but a slightly chilly feel in the shade, given the wind. Clear skies overnight led to another chilly night and cold start the following day.
