Daily Diary A fine and sunny start with bits of high cloud around - felt warm in the sunshine despite temperatures only a little above average. Light and variable winds. Cloud thickened during the afternoon, with a few spots of rain developing during the late afternoon. Cloud remained overcast overnight, with some more substantial rain associated with a frontal system moving through during the early hours. Mild overnight.
