On this page you can view plots of stratospheric zonal mean winds and temperature, at a number of levels, along with their climatologies and departures from the mean. You can view data from all seasons going back to 1979 and up to (nearly) the present day. Use the drop down menus to select your desired combination of parameters, and hit the Update Graph button to plot the data.
Alongside these data, daily data for the Arctic Oscillation (also known as the Northern Annular Mode) and the North Atlantic Oscillation, are also plotted - giving an overview of the accompanying tropospheric flow state.
You can use any of the series labels beneath both graphs to toggle data on and off, for improved viewing/ease of use
