Daily Diary Very humid and increasingly warm day - medium level showers developed over the Channel during the morning and moved across the region, before it became generally brighter with more sunshine through the afternoon. Showers produced some remarkable skies, and gravity waves were evident on the satellite imagery which manifested as spikes visible in the pressure trace. See yesterday (before 0900Z) too.
