Daily Diary A dull, wet start as the rain shield from Storm Barbara and its capping occlusion spread across. Rain was heavy before dawn, with a convective element. Gradual clearance from the west during the afternoon, with some milky sunshine. S'ly winds picked up later on, with some clearer spells developing after dark.
