Daily Diary An unsettled Bank Holiday Monday as a deep (for time of year) area of Low Pressure moved east across the UK. The day started off relatively fine, with extensive high cloud and brief spells of hazy sunshine. Thickening cloud and strengthening winds developed through the morning, although remained mostly dry with the heaviest rain just to the north. Active cold front arrived during the early evening, this brought the majority of the days rainfall, along with gusty winds and a sharp wind veer from SW to W. Temperatures well below average for the time of year. Remained windy overnight. RoostCam South Timelapse | RoostCam North Timelapse |
