Early rain cleared to bright spells and a few, mainly light showers. More in the way of sunshine developed during the afternoon, with a mainly dry day. Rain arrived once again from the W during the evening/overnight, associated with yet another frontal system driving in around the semi-permanent low pressure anchored over the UK. Light to moderate, and at times gusty, WSW'ly wind, and cool.
