Daily Diary

Cloudy with a few spots of rain overnight and a moderate S'ly wind. Cold front and successive rain bands (troughs/occlusions?) crossed quickly W to E across the region during the morning, with winds then veering W'ly and conditions turning fine and dry with spells of warm sunshine. This leading into a fine evening, but cloud gradually thickened from the W with further rain associated with a developing frontal wave arriving from SW by next morning.
