Clear and cool overnight, with mist and fog steadily lifting into low cloud, which then cleared to leave sunny spells. Cloud then gradually thickened from the north west (cirrus and cirrostratus) as an upper cold front arrived. A mild, and fairly still/steady night followed. Dry, with light NE'ly winds, and temperatures a little above the average for the time of year.
