Daily Diary

A fine day with a ridge of high pressure building ahead of an Atlantic frontal system. Plenty of sunshine but with some patchy cloud at times, this bringing the odd brief shower. Brisk WNW'ly winds, with temperatures around average. Clear skies led to an early min, as cloud thickened from the W quite quickly associated with the approaching warm front.
