Daily Diary Overnight low cloud, mist and fog slowly cleared during the morning, revealing a largely overcast day with extensive medium cloud layers. These gradually thinned and broke up during the early afternoon, to warm sunny spells. Mist and low cloud returned during the evening, with fog developing again overnight.
