Almost a repeat performance of the previous day, as further frontal features were swept around the dominant Atlantic vortex. A fine morning, with plenty of sunshine, but cloud steadily thickened during the afternoon, followed by rain and then a clearance to more settled, fresher conditions once more by the evening. Temperatures around normal, and a moderate S'ly wind which eased to light and variable during the evening.
