Daily Diary An Atlantic warm sector and associated fronts drifted up from the southwest during the day, but the rain itself passed by to the west leaving a dry but increasingly humid feeling day with sunny spells and plenty of cloud layers. Felt very warm in the sunshine, although temperatures only a little above the average for the time of year. Another mild night followed through. Dry, with a light S'ly wind.
