Daily Diary Overnight mist/fog cleared as some areas of cloud arrived, helping to hold temperatures just below freezing. Generally cloudy and dull, although a few sunny breaks occurred during the afternoon, cloud quickly came back in. Very cold, with light winds. Another cold night followed. More significant snowfall developed across the SE, with 10-15cm across and to the north of London, causing travel chaos.
