Another weak cold front moved south, bringing very little rain but a change to the colder, drier Arctic air mass. Largely cloudy, although some clear spells the preceding night and again towards dusk, otherwise breaks were very limited. Cold, with light winds. Some sleet and snow, associated with a flat, frontal wave running to the south, arrived overnight.
