Daily Diary Another blustery day as the convectively overturning remnants of Storm Nelson passed to the N, bringing a strong SW'ly wind and frequent showers. One rumble of thunder was heard during the afternoon, but elsewhere some long lived supercells developed bringing frequent lightning and in places, very large hail (up to 5 cm across!). Temperatures around average but dropping sharply in showers. Showers eased during the evening, probably becoming confined to the coast. RoostCam South Timelapse | RoostCam North Timelapse |
