Daily Diary

A ridge of high pressure kept conditions fine and settled, and on the warm side of the polar front it was very warm to boot, with plenty of sunshine. Light SW'ly winds became light and variable overnight, and clear skies allowed temperatures to drop back to around average by the following morning.
