Rain arrived during the morning associated with an occluded front, this cleared through by lunchtime to leave some sunshine during the afternoon. Fresh to strong winds as the front came through, becoming light to moderate, but strengthening once again during the evening as Storm Eowyn and its frontal zone approached. Very mild.
