Early sunshine disappeared as overcast conditions developed ahead of a cold front. This, along with a band of rain, cleared through during the early afternoon, leading into a dry night with clear spells. Moderate SW'ly winds became moderate W'ly winds with a sharp post frontal veer. Mild by day, but clearing skies led to a rather cold night.
