Daily Diary

A developing area of low pressure ran N bringing rain (and some embedded very heavy showers), on what was a very unsettled and overcast day. Thunderstorms developed near the low centre, just to the south of Cullompton, and a period of stronger W'ly winds developed as the low cleared north overnight. Rather cool by day, and increasingly chilly overnight once the cloud, rain and wind cleared.
